The brief

Totally Wicked has worked with Palletower over a number of years. The relationship began with a racking installation in 2018, followed by multiple packing bench orders as the client’s operation continued to grow. 

In September 2023, Totally Wicked acquired a new unit and required pallet racking to support its expanded warehouse requirements. 

The challenge

The client needed a racking system that could support different pallet storage requirements within the same warehouse environment. The installation also needed to be completed efficiently so the business could resume activity quickly. 

The project required a solution that could meet immediate storage needs while remaining adaptable for future growth.

Palletower’s solution 

Using its existing understanding of Totally Wicked’s operation, Palletower quickly developed a practical layout and provided a clear quote for the new pallet racking project. 

The design incorporated two rack types: one for standard pallets and another for taller pallet storage. This allowed the warehouse to accommodate a broader range of product and stock requirements. 

Palletower’s installation team integrated both rack types into the warehouse efficiently, helping to minimise disruption and keep the project moving. 

The result 

The completed installation gave Totally Wicked the additional storage capacity needed for the new unit. Palletower returned in December 2023 to install a further racking solution, increasing capacity and further optimising the warehouse layout. 

The project reflects a long-term partnership built around responsive service, practical planning and scalable storage design.
